Insurance company referred car for bumper repairs in January 2013. Excess was paid on 15 January - quick to take your money but service and you must wait!! Incorrect color bumper (Splash cover) put on - took it back and in April was informed a new one would be ordered. To date no call. Called them on 26 July - Cherise to call - still no response. Went there on 27 July - closed. Called 01 August, am told by receptionist Cherise is so busy with clients on the phone and walk-ins! Shame! And what am I? I asked for number of Manager - referred to Mr Olivier on 0824447645 - NO ANSWER!!! Surprise Surprise!!!
I see 19 other complaints about this useless service provider, yet insurance companies love working with them. If M & F cannot get efficient providers, maybe I need to change my insurance!!
