On the 03th July I had an accident and phoned my insurer claim (500574), they terrorised me, my family and friends treating me as if I'm a criminal who has murded someone. The claim was only approved after a month of fighting with Iwyze. A courtesy car was provided.

Ever since the courtesy car was issued Iwyze never phone to give update. I had to return the curtsey car 04 Sept 2013 but I kept the car because no one was talking me or providing me with feedback on my car repairs. I know for a fact that Iwyze do extend the period of a coutersy car if the delays are not caused by the client himself/herself but in my case I was told that they can't extend the curtsey period. The delays to my car are not caused by myself and yet Iwyze is now passing the buck, bear in mind that the area I live in has no easy access to the public transport. I sent an e-mail to Michelle Kasselman requesting feedback on my car repairs and extension of the courtesy. She said she will consult her management and give me feedback. Upon her responce she said the management took a decision without even consulting with me, to not extend the courtesy car period. I NEVER MISSED MY MONTHLY INSTALMENTS, BT 2DAY???
