FNB has the most pathetic staff! The service is just bull!

I will never take a loan with these guys, they are, i sign a 12 month contract and they tell me its 15 months. U go to the branch and they call their call centre and they send you frm pillar to post. Nobody takes responsibility. They are so unprofessional! It's time they train their staff because they dont have an idea of what they are doing at all!
