Good day,
I have applied for a loan on Monday and was told that the money would be in the next day. No one is giving me feedback. All that Head office got to say is that the "Stuff" is with the manager and they don't know. That's not what a customer needs to hear. Very bad service. this is an emergency and if I knew it would take 2 days or more I would have gone to another bank. Poor service. Unhappy client
