Disappointed Customer Service

Chad called me from Home Loans, because we would like to register a bond, for a newly built house. He was the most professional there, and such great level of going the extra mile. Then I get transferred to Credit card, because I had changed my husband for your opposing bank, because I believe in FNB. I get through to a disgusting agent, who is clearing her throat and gave me an incorrect number: 087 575 404 chatting away to her buddies. Then I get through to enquiries, and they tell me they can't help me and I need to speak to the couriers. I get through to a VERY DEAF person, who explains that it is my husbands account and I have no authority or signing powers. Agreed! I said please can you get someone to call him, as he works NIGHTSHIFT and I do the running around. He keeps saying I have no signing powers on the card! I said, that I just want someone to call him because he is awake now. It scares me to think that I trust you with my money in the bank, and that we ALMOST took out a Home Loan with FNB. Clearly they do not value who we are, and help us is a mile they refuse to walk. HIGHLY DISGUSTED. I am a QA Manager, and shocked at this. You can hire me. let me show you how!
