No reduction in balance paid monthly

I was under debt review came off and capitec lawyers phoned my, arrange for a monthly payment of R 900 but never receive a statement of somethen showing my balance is getting reduced, smaller. This started in April 2013 already of nothing yet, went on my internet banking profile and saw I am going further in arrears. Where is my money goint that gets debit ordered from my account.
