I sent an email May 2012 to request more information on a garnisee and i was told i would get a response in 3working days. 7months later I still have had NO response from these people. I need someone to contact me ASAP. I dont even want to get started on the call centre that is non-existant because nobody picks up. The last time i phoned i was put on hold for a good 1hour. This is really unacceptable.
