I have been e-mailing the Pretoria branch since the beginning of December to find out the status of my account. I know that my e-mails have been deleted without being read as it put a tracking on it. I then tried the Durban office and spoke to Tracey Naicker. She said her computer was down and would contact me as soon as it came up again. That was at the beginning of the week. I have tried e-mailing her again and no response. I even sent the same mail 20 times!!! And still no response. I think their service is unacceptable and when they wanted my money, I assisted them immediately. I would expect the same from them... Not too much to ask!!!
