Flemix and Associate which was previously known as Coombe & Coombe Associates, I have been listed on the ITC by this company and I have paid and forwarded them with all the proof of payments even the lawyers amount to clear my name. But I haven't gotten any response from them should I say a positive one. I emailed a proof of payments and asked for the clearance letter until today nobody has been decent enough to tell me the way forward, what is really annoying is that when you call their number you have to wait 15 minutes before you get a response and that response is the call centre person who doesn't have the answers, she will tell you what she was taught on training, when you ask for a legal person or a senior person you are told they are busy. I believe that as they are a financial institution they must be able to provide answers and when they receive payment they must alert you and tell you the way forward rather them waiting for you to call. Even if its an email of acknowledgement after receiving your money should do. I believe they treat people like trash because they know that you have to wait for them. All I want is to have my name removed from ICT, and be treated decent.
