On the 6th I sent them an enquiry to upgrade my banking package, because I have to send numerous emails every month for them to convert my salary, as I work abroad, I was already fed up with their service, now they do not even attend to a query for them to pick up some more business. It is the worst service I have ever experienced, it is therefor no wonder that they are losing customers at an alarming rate, I am next, as soon as I set foot in the country.
