On 28 August 2013 I requested a settlement amount on my car which was written off by my insurance company. The amount was paid over on 04 September 2013. I phoned the toll free number and they gave me two different numbers to phone, which nobody answer. As my debit order went through on 02 September 2013 I believe that the settlement amount was therefore less than the amount which had been paid over to them. According to a lady which I spoke today the account is still open and that I cannot get my refund. I cannot understand that they said that they did not received any money from the insurance company.
