On July 22nd I sent an e-mail to Link market services asking them to verify Dividend payments for shareholdings as unlike Computershare they do not send you correspondence to advise you of such payments and the Tax deducted. They acknowledged receipt promising to provide the information.
I called today and after 3 attempts to speak to even the call centre I gave up after waiting about 8- 10 minutes each time.
How can an important and big Company like Naspers put their business with such an appalling service provide
