On 23 August 2013 my driveway gate was damaged due to heavy winds. I reported the incident to the standard bank and was told that an auditor will come out to view the damages. He was suppose to have contacted me to make arrangements to assess the damges by the 29 August but didnt. I thereafter spoke to GOOLAM GAUS who promised to help resolve the issue. The auditor finally arrived on the 6 september 2013 and only spoke to my helper and asked HER a number of questions related to the issue. The auditor did NOT ASK ME. I am now waiting for a response from the auditor, GOOLAM and a lady by the name of PALISA from customer compliance. I have also lodged a complaint with customer care/ services.
I have been insured with standard bank for the past 5 years and have never failed in paying my monthly fee. This is totally unacceptable!!
