Proof of Residence is incorrect!!!

I have been with Standard Bank since the age of 19 when i started working. to make a long story short I applied online for a Loan Friday which i have done before with my bank until today. Auslin in the call centre called me now, im so! He tells me I CANNOT APPLY FOR THE LOAN BECAUSE MY PROOF OF RESIDENCE IS NOT VALID OR THE SAME BECAUSE I DONT RESIDE AT EITHER THE ADDRESSES??? is he serious!!! i do not have to explain to him that those address are my sisters and inlaws, i move around alot so you mean every 3 or 6 months i have to change my address you Standard Banks systems! thats . i prefer my mail going to a family member instead of changing the address every few months. Please can someone with sense call me to assit me because if i have to call the call centre again im going to pop a vein. its not like i dont pay you or you have an issue with my account so i dont see why i am told BS stories.
