Good day I would like to start off in saying that you have close the shiest customer serves I have come a cross twice I have been promised a call back from your call centre and twice I have had to contact you. If you are not planning on phoning someone DO NOT say that you WILL because that is considered lying to a customer. So have an onion from me in regards to that.
Now let's get back to the problem I have been told that I can request my recording from sign up day and no one has phoned me back as promised. I had to phone back a first time and then I was told that someone will contact me shortly and that was on the 22/08/13 so now here we are at 09/09/13 and I had to make a another phone call. Guess what THAT IS and I have learned my lesson so thank you for giving me the opportunity to be with you but I will rather phone a broker since ABSA is giving me a cheaper premium that what you are offering with no excess and all the stuff that I require to feel happy I have no problem in paying R110p/m in commissions towards them and at least if I have a query I can phone the same person over and over and get the answers I require from them. So Paying Commissions has got its perk
