Case was opened on 19/08/2013, my Card was cloned, and money withdrawn out of an ATM in America. Every time i phone, the deadline gets moved, no resolution yet.

I had to drive around to find out where my replacement card was sent, between Woodlands, Castle Walk, and Parkview.

The ATM's are still in a disgusting state after complaining a YEAR ago, service with Standard Bank is just generally DISGUSTING! what is going on?

I need a resolution with the case please...

Can someone please pay attention??
