Xds
Poor customer service!

I am writing this as a last resort. I have requested Xds to remove a listing from their database.
First they did not keep to their removal deadline and secondly I have been having trouble with them to supply me with a confirmation letter that states that this issue had been resolved.

The problem I have is that they simply don't get back to you!
I have phoned them numerous times and during these times I got bounced from one operater to next.
Will I ever get my confirmation? I sure hope so...
