My mother's death claim

I always try to find out what is holding my mother's death claim but when i called the NBC in Durban they not give me the exactly answer that i' m looking for. Sometimes they just told me that Morgan is not in today or She just told me that she will give me a call and never did. What makes me so confused is that when i asked her that there is a problem that i know about she said no problem, but what is that keeping my mother's money now? My brother's school they give me so much pressure about his school fees, text book, full uniform and i can't afford to give me his daily bus Fee.
