Standard Bank Homeloans froze my Access Bond without informing me and Mary Ann was able to get them to release the funds. I later had a problem transferring money into an FNB account - the fault was with FNB - and Mary Ann was able to work with me in the best possible way to find a solution and also a solution that worked to make my life a great deal easier. She is extremely patient and understanding and a fine example of what service should be.
