I have just received an e-mail form Miway, informing me that they will be increasing my excess from ZERO to R3300!! I am very disappointed because i specifically took this insurance because it had zero excess and the premium i could afford. If anything should happen to my car, i will not have that kind of money in my reach. this is downright daylight. If Miway does not rectify this, or decrease my premium substantially, i will cancel their insurance and spread the word out to everyone.
