For the past few months, I have been receiving calls from a 087 call center number, at first it was monthly, then weekly, now it has become daily. I have said NO from the start to the rewards program and then they just let someone else call me. I get these calls up to 3 times a day. It is so irritating how many times must I say NO. I would like this to stop, a call once a year is fine, my number is attached below.
I also got married and changed my surname at the N1 city branch, but the people who keeps calling me keeps referring to me on my maiden Surname: Johnson, can you please check if it has been changed to Elliott because I spent a hour in the bank having it changed because the system was offline, I would hate to go stand in that lines again.
