A person drove into my car by accident.
My outsurance followed up with his insurance on the incident.
I have had my vehicle assessed in the morning on Friday, 30 August 2013
No answer on how to fix my car or what to do next; my cars bonnet cant open; i want to get it fixed asap, i could have had it taken in for repairs. I have my case number with outsurance, and doesnt know what to do further. No answer on emails. I had a call this morning but the line was bad so i asked to please phone me back but no answer yet.
