I am paying my nedbank account through coombe and associates, my problem is that its been more than a month now since i have been calling them to request for my settlement amount. i have been calling and waiitng mpre than 30 minutes onthe phone when i get a legal secretary they all told me that the letter will be emailed to me i confirmed my email address but until today i have not received that settlement letter.
even now when its called flamix something i did call and received the same response after i have wasted my airtime callng them, i am tryig to settle that debt but i am receiving a bad service form these people i am not sure whether they dont want to help me or they want me to pay thme forever, is it how they treat people? what cant i be given nedbank to help me becasue im sure the bank would gladly appreciste if i wnt to pay them their money
this company has a bad service and no respect of people, but i found strange is that they do reach me when they send me their chnaged name to flemix
