I have been a client of standard bank for over 20 years now, about a month or so ago my account changed over to access account although I did'nt want it. Any cheques that was deposited into my account used to be cleared immediately due to the "hold" having been taking off my account some years ago for being a loyal std bank client. That facility is mysteriously no more there & is creating all sorts of problems for me & after enquiries at Plumstead branch I did not get much help or a satisfactory explanation. It seems the longer I'm with them the less service I'm now getting. What does one do?
