I was complaining about my first time claim whereby i was infomed that i am gonna recive free excess, but when i call to logde a claim only to find out that i have to pay R3300, so i talk to Thapelo who explain properly to me about this issue of inrcrease excess, i was just about to cancel this policy but he manage to reduce my priemium and also reasonable excess, WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER A SERVICE!!
