Not happy with the service I got

I was involved in an accident. After i reported the accident to my insurance company Mowbray was the guy who was busy with my claim. Evrytime when i wanted the feedback, I was the one who had to call and could'nt manage to get hold of him. All they did was they will give him the massage to call me but he never called. Later on hecalled telling me that my car was written off. He never explained to me the reason why it written off or gave me a choice of repairing my car. I never attach a signature to the agreement of loss but an amound of R83 000 was paid to the bank. I was expecting miway to fix my car. Now i'm still paying the bank the remaining balance of the car that my insurance co. sold to SMD.When I asked about the replacement of my car mowbray said I must get a car that is worth R83 000. On the 21/01/2013 I callled wanted to speak to the manager, Sandile promised me that he was going to escalate my complain to the manager and that the manager was going to call me very soon. But unfortunately up until today i'm still waiting for that call from the manager. I'm a very unhappy customer who is paying for this unprofessional service. :|
