I called this morning in response to an SMS which wanted a clarity on parking of my vehicles but the person by the name of Nolwazi Tsoane went an extra mile by asking me if I am happy with everything regarding my vehicles and household contents, I explained what I am not satisfied of and she took it upon herself and explained everything in a form of advice, starting with Tracker, Household content and small dents insurance. The way she made herself clear, made me to change some of my policies to my advantage and my everything is managed under one insurance which is Unity, thanks to hear for her skill in convincing a stubborn person like myself and win a by inn from me. If I had to rate her, I'll give her 10 out of 10. How i wish we can have people like her all over the country for betterment of service delivery.
