No reponse... Promises Promises and incompetence

I applied for an overdraft facility on Thursday 30 August and was provisionally approved. On Friday I received a pre agreement and quotation attached to a mail with no instructions. I then phoned and asked waht I should do with the agreement. The operator informed me that my application was being handled by Lakin and that she would phone me shortly. I then noticed that the agreement was made out to the wrong name and phoned back. I was again informed that the agreement would be corrected to my name and finalized. It is now Tuesday of the following week and I am still waiting for a call or some feedback. Is my overdraft approved now or not and can someone call me now and inform me. This is terrible service and incompetence. Who knows what else happens when you get a contract that is not even in your name and then you just get ignored thereafter.
