A major transaction was committed to my card on 01/09/13 amounting to R12500.00 in the USA Mart Stores according to Blue Bean after I reported the incident which came to me on a SMS.. This was reported immediately, and the card was blocked. Long story short, I have been through a lengthy process up until now utilising every channel/contact and have recorded all communique in order to resolve the and get my money back. No luck. Was just told yesterday by Mr. Saeed Muhammed, cell: 082 904 2444, the claim is closed and it is not his problem anymore. He was absolutely non-help and just kicked me off saying that I need to go through the complaints department again. Wow - Nobody bothered contacting me to verify my side of the story - Was I in the USA? etc. I just want my money transferred back into the account with charges please. If there is anyone guilty here, well go find them department.
