Today I was on my phone with Logan for 30 min .cam u imagine how furious I am after dealing with standard bank re proxies. I requested my vehicle registration documents in last week or week before. I went to the port Elizabeth licensing department and was told I cannot do a change of ownership as the proxies I was sent weren't on their system! I requested new ones but they sent me the same thing again .firstly I cant afford speaking to a consultant for 30 min from a cellphone when I was suppose to receive the correct proxies the first time! this is unacceptable to except .please sort this out as I have no intention to call again as one cannot keep on calling! Logan assisted me where she could but I feel that a client should be called back and not be put on hold! this type of service is pathetic.
