PLEASE PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH THE FOLLOWING MATTER AS I CALLED BUDGET INSURANCE FOR A QOUTATION IF I WANT TO INSUER MY CAR . THE SALES CONSULTANT I SPOKE TO TOLD ME I CAN GO LOOK AT THE QOUTE AND COME BACK TO THEM IT CAN BE ACTIVETED 01 SEPTEMBER 2013 I TOLD HIM LET ME GO LOOK INTO THEIR QOUTE I WILL CONME BACK TO THEM TO MY SUPRISE THE 28/08/2013 THEY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY ACKNOLEDGEMENT AND TOOK TWO DEBIT ORDERS FOR THE AMOUNT OF R 887.72 and R 340, SAME TIME WHEN I CALL FOR MY REFUND IM TOLD THAT THE MONEY WAS PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT ON 27/08/2013 WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY MONEY ON 28/08/2013 PLEASE HELP ME AS 3 OFMY POLICIESBOUNCED LAST NIGHT AND IT COST ME PENALTY CHARGES OF 91.64 AT THE BANK.YET THEY STILL INSIST THAT THEY PAID MY MONEY . TO MAKE IT WORSE THE LADY WHO SPOKE TO ME TODAY ENDED UP SAYING AM I SURE ITS THEIR COMPANY THAT TOOK THE MONEY WHILE I TOLD HER DEBIT ORDER IS WRITTEN THE COMPANIES NAME AND WHEN I ASKED TO BE TRANSFERED TO DEPARTMENT OF COMPLAINS FOR UNHAPPY CLIENT I WAS TOLD THEY DONT HAVE SUCH.
