Outsurance
Deceiptfully adapting police statement

Our Getz' book value=R70, 550
Outsurance offer=R20, 694.54
Storage fees & towing by the Auto Body Repair shop=R28, 000
Outsurance client wrote on the police statement that she thought she was in a 2 way street & didn't check next to her, as there were no oncoming cars (in a one-way street) & turned across our lane into an adjacent street forcing us into a wall.
According to Outsurance, their client had indicated to CHANGE LANES. Andre Kirsten has manipulated the facts to make it seem like both parties are at fault. Their client was not changing lanes, she was turning into an adjacent street.
Andre Kirsten then states that had we driven at a reasonable speed and kept a proper look out, we would have been able to see their client's indication & could have slowed down to allow their client the opportunity to complete her actions. Kirsten's telephonic conversion reverts to ourselves as contributing to the negligence, however this is not the case according to police statements taken, of which we have copies.
We have been in contact with Anwar Khan from Outsurance from 16th May to present causing storage fees to be in excess of the payout.
Car written off, so NO car & storage debt.
Unacceptable!
