I would just like to say WELL DONE Absa for having an employee like Lindiwe who works in your Call Centre for "lending" and new applications. I got offered a new package from yourselves whilst waiting for my application to be approved, which is now going to save me on bank charges. She really went the extra mile to ensure that I when I put the phone down I was smiling. More of her around working for you guys would be awesome.
