Still running debit orders

My account is under debt review. You are still debiting my bank account each month despite the payments you receive from the PDA. I have to stop the DO each month, yet the next month you still run the debit order.

I called 0861 111 402 and selected option 1 to clear this out. I was cut off. I'm not calling again, call me to sort this out!

You are in violation of a court order!
