Unauthorised debit order went of from my account, only Marikana branch refuses to send it back, this was not the first time, they send me to Brits where I had to drive 35Km, there services was excellent helped me with no problem. As for marikana branch now for the second time refuses to help me in sending back the debit order that's in my ex wife's name but debited from my account. Unacceptable cant believe that one branch will help you and the other one refuses? Must I drive another 35km for service!!!
