Easy Temp loan deductions

I requested that my debit order date be changed from the 25th to the 28th of each month.

Yesterday the amount was deducted as per the agreement, today i had funds transferred into my account and the debit order went through again!

Now how is it that the sytem is so confused that it deducts the money twice? Upon calling the call center, i am informed that i have to wait for 48 hours for the refund to process?

This is rubbish, if fnbcan take my money immediately, fnb can refund me immediately, i dont care about paperwork or any other excuse, i am getting tired of fnb and all this nonsense i have with them.

If my money is not refunded today, what happens to my other debit orders? i will get penalized for unpaid items and fnb gets richer?

I have been a customer for years and i am seriously considering moving to another bank and will motivate others to move as well.

When i asked to speak to a manager, i get transferred back to the voice response. i will not waste my time calling, i want a callback and i want a solution to this immediately.
