No one knows what the next person is doing

After having some one come and activate the online banking, nothing happened. the lady did not download the correct software, This cost R550.00!
she has not returned my calls for help and the call centre, just keeps saying that my problem is being processed. this has been going on for a week now!
NOT QUITE SURE HOW ANYBODY CAN RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT BANKING...
