On the 25th of April we bought a brand new vehicle and 3 weeks after joining King Price, my car keys and cellphone were out of my handbag in the Sterkinekor movie house in Carnival Mall. The bag was cut open with a blade and only after watching the movie we realised the keys and phone were missing.
King Price immediately assisted with sending out a towtruck since the dealer still owed me the spare key.
A lock smith helped with opening the vehicle and a week later the car was again towed to the dealer where they had to replace the whole locking system.
In this period I was given a rental car from Avis and each week as we got feed back from the dealer as to when my car will be ready - KING PRICE extended the rental for the entire time it took to get my car back.
Never once did King Price query the extension and they were great with paying for the locks to be re-fitted.
I got my money 2 days after the quotation was provided to them.
Wow what great service!!!
I do recommend King Price to any person and I could not find a company that could beat their quote.
