Regan Morgan who sold me a policy for R485 including car hire (Please listen to the conversation I had with him, I repeatedly ask if car hire is included and he reassured me time and again that car hire was included). Upon being convinced to take up the cover, I asked Regan to sent me the documents. He does that, but as I read through them, I see that vehicle hire is N/A, so I sent him an email to call me back so that we could discuss what was going on. When he eventually called me, he told me his system has been stuck and the premium was calculated 'wrongly' but should send the correct schedule by end of business. Since then I havent heard a word frim Regan even though I've sent countless emails asking for my correct policy documents. When I called someone else to ask what the was going on with my facility, they tell me that the R485 excluded car hire. Regan sold me an invalid policy and on top of that to me as well. He thought I was stupid and honestly has tarnished Auto and General's reputation. I dont understand how a company hires people who just dont give a about clients. piece of. You better not debit my account.
