I took a loan of R4000 and the total repayment was supposed to be R5734.36 but this bank ended up deducting over R12 580 from my account. I have been in contact with them over months now but there still is no resolution. I am a struggling single mother and have been ripped off by a company I went to for assistance in difficulty but have taken advantage. Please assist urgently!!!
