Warm welcome by the security guard who seem to have expected me to come in. this was so comforting after being unable to find the place due to wrong address given to me. Allan was very accomodative, offered me a cup of coffee and sitted me in a lonunge. Jeane was receptional, we conversed like we have known each other. she listened to me on reporting the in ability to find the place due to the wrong address given, promised she will give feed back to Auto and General. Josephine gave me a beautiful smile and assisted me with consumer feed back on the computer. the whole team is exellent it was a pleasure meeting them.
