In February My son approached Global debt Management to assist in administration his account with Westbank, He told them that he can afford to pay R1600. towards his car instalment which was R2179. Global Debt Management have been deduction since February and not paying Wesbank until on July Wesbank wanted to repossess the car, and we advised Global Debt management to send us their statement to proof that they have been deduction they are refusing to send us those documents because on the banking statement it shows the reference number that the money was deducted not the name of the company. All we want from Global debt Management is to refund the money because they failed us and to provide us with the proof or payment to their account so that we can take this matter to the NRC. They have fail to provide us with the service they promise they will offer and we have been communication with them since the 25.07.2013 until today.
