Go 2 Global made deductions from my account without our knowledge.
We signed up for a trial period with the understanding that we could give 30 days notice prior to the expiry of the trial period and there would be no charges from them. We have a written acknowledgment from them more than 30 days before the expiry date confirming that we had cancelled the service.
When we spoke to them they admitted that they were wrong and said we would have a refund within a few days. Then they made a second deduction and appologised again.
We have been waiting 2 weeks. Now they have cut off their land lines and Megan who has been making all the promises will not answer her phone.
Megan has made promises and excuses over and over with each time the goal posts moving.
Now she sends an SMS after not answering her phone to say she will only sort it out next week.
We are now taking this further and will charge them with the SAP and send debt collectors after them. is a personal matter, now we will make sure it personally affects them
