I was called by one of the customer service agents lady on the 27/08/2013 she had a great attitude and very client centric, even though my application was approved & declined on a later stage her organisation should be impressed that such great people are helping to retain customers and should be given the recognition they deserve, keep up the great work regardless of what ever the outcome
