APP ON SMART PHONE

I recently moved over to FNB. I got a new phone S4 so I wanted to load the app on my phone. The app downloaded but try to link the app and my Internet profile. No way! I first phone 18/08/2013 and lodged a complain. Ref 744554144. Then they told me to delete the app and download it again because I tried to many times to connect. I did that and reused data to install it again. The Saturday they phoned me and asked if the problem is resolved and I said I will check first thing Monday morning. Came Monday I did that and it did not work. They said I must delete it again and reinstall it. Using data again. I did that. Still no joy. They phoned me later and I said still no joy. They said because my User name is all capital letters that's why its not working I must delete the app again. Like a fool I did that. Changed my user name everything Got a new ref nu 745444209 Every time I must do the same steps and nothing I must give my IP address and just now they phone me again and what does the second person told me I MUST DELETE THE APP AND REINSTALL IT!!!
