I call the call center, which is a nightmare in itself, then eventually got through, to be given another number to call.
Which I calledTo be told my account is suspended.
My account is in credit, fully paid up and has been paid up all along.
No phone calls, no email, no letter. No Warning.
Wonderful service to a client of 13 years.
I have heard Standard Bank is in financial difficulty, this makes me wonder.
