Failure to login to internet banking

What fun, to try for 4 days to make my electronic payments. No one can tell me what the problem is, or when it will be fixed, it has been escalated, but obviously not enough. Since the last complaint I opened an FNB account - I should have just moved all my stuff over there in the first place, as loyalty is obviously giving me a thorn in my side!!! 1
