Why do people chose careers they don't hav pasion4

Last year, by mistake I transferred money to ABI account using a wrong reference number and was only told late that I did and when I went back to fnb I spoke with Sharnel who told me that the bank can't do much. As this was my own doing! I had to leave and send her some info she requested for which was the "exact date of deposit and
so forth"recently went there after AbI told me that they have taken the matter to court and asked that they give me some time to go baco to fnb, in hope id speaking with someone who can get in my shoes and actually do something about this, I was wrong, Denisa also told me that I'll have to give them the exact date of deposit. I tried again the date I had in mind, via email to Sharnel and same response came back and what's frustrates me the
most and baffles me is that I do have the account number, the year and month and know it was between 8-14th April but I'm still told to have a specific date otherwise my query will not even receive attention, seriously!!! It makes me wonder if fnb is willing to go an extra miles for their paying customers or its just me or the amount of money concerned is just a drop In the sea to fnb, hence it doesn't really matter to them
