Highly Disappointed

The past 2 weeks I've been trying to apply for affordability as I cannot afford the initial monthly instalments. Mind you I have never missed a payment before and been a liable customer. Now that I'm faced with financial constraints and missed 2 payments and did advise them of my situation I'm thrown in the deep end. Zolisa called me just before 09:00 am yesterday and never advised that long as the affordability process is still pending then the normal debit order will go off as normal, to my suprise 2 debit orders went off this morning.

Just spoke to Patricia now and I fail to understand why I wasn't told by Zolisa yesterday that the normal debit order will still run as per normal long as the affordability process is still in process?
Saying sorry doesn't solve my situation as I wouldn't have applied for affordability whereas I could afford the initial instalments.

This really pains me as I took the initiative to contact you guys and explain my financial situation. Zolisa and any other consultant that has been in contact with me the past week should have made me aware pertaining the debit order.
