I placed an order for a car booster seat on the U Count Online Shopping Mall on the 12th of July 2013 and I made a full payment, the order was processed immediently. I have not received the goods to this day. I have called the call centre numerously, they claim not to have received the funds, I sent proof of payment, although they have the proof, I was informed that I will not receive my goods until they have completed their investigation. It is almost two months since I have placed the order and yet this matter cannot be resolved.
